チベット語で＜Good Eye＞を意味するこの言葉は、

先入観を持つことなく

イメージが世界と繋がる感覚を言います。

瞑想的ともいえる

この純粋な方法を手に入れると

世界は常に新鮮に現れ、

記憶としてではない＿どこでもない

世界が私たちに訪れます。

初めて見る、、、

生き生きと脈を打ち

すべてが新鮮で

活気に満ちている世界が広がります。

I have been studying Miksang Contemplative Photography since 2012 with

Michael Wood and Julie Dubose. Last summer I took the teacher course

and am now qualified to teach Miksang.
